Upped price 5.00 per month 14 months ago after 5 year price guarantee. That’s fine. Expected and excepted. However, new 5 year price lock billing started from there. “Not”. 14 months later, extra 6.00 per month. Original Sprint pin won’t work to port out. Locked in unless I change my phone number. No, you can’t transfer your number if formerly with Sprint unless you choose to get a new number. Otherwise, good luck with T-Mobile bots helping with nothing. Merger madness. Could be fixed with a human.
