GAIN for Trainers

GAIN for Trainers helps certified personal trainers, group fitness pros, and fitness leaders digitally train clients and groups outside of in-person sessions. Create, save and send personalized workouts, manage schedules, and stay connected with clients through messaging and real-time progress notifications. This extension works with the companion GAIN Personal & Group Training app to deliver seamless coaching.

The exercise library includes over 1,700 exercises across modalities like free weight, functional training, bodyweight, CrossFit, yoga, TRX, mobility and more, with motion GIFs and audio instructions from pro trainers. Its best-in-class workout builder supports templates, warm-ups, circuits, pyramids and supersets with drag-and-drop ease. Note: AMRAP/AMAP/Complexes are not yet supported; you can request features.
