2026-05-18	JR*****	We are traveling in Europe and booked a bus from Southern England to Heathrow. Once we booked and paid, the app requires a ticket-holders to download and PRINT their ticket! How 1990’s. It’s 2026. Everyone uses mobile apps. What an absolute stupid policy.

2022-02-02	Ja*****	Watch out for billing! They will Bill you in usd. Please be aware the Mozio charges in usd even if you're in Mexico. I was charged 35usd for a 6 minute drive!( 2,5 km). Compare this to the price of a regular airport taxi which cost 250 Mexican pesos (which is roughly $12 usd) for a 30 km 40 minute drive! Mexico uses the $ sign for its pesos too and this app is exploiting that.

2021-10-11	ma*****	This is definitely a convenient app to find transportation but it doesn’t do what it says. It claims to be like Kayak but is doesn’t always find the best deal. On top of that, they’ll change you more than the best deal and when you confront them about it — they’ll claim it’s because they have “more amenities”. Sad.

2021-07-14	ra*****	DO NOT USE. THEY LIE!!!We used Mozio for transportIon between JFK and our NYC hotel this past week. I paid &252 and went with an option that indicated the use of Mercedes Benz sedans. Our pick up at JFK was as expected, but the return was horrible. First the driver texted us about 5 minutes before we were supposed to meet him to say that he would be 20 minutes late. Then, when he finally arrived, it was in an older Corolla with faded paint. We just wanted to get to the airport, so we didn’t complain, but we should have. The true condition of the car was revealed when we settled in the back seat. The car was filthy; the seats worn and the stained, and there were food crumbs everywhere, including a half-eaten Ritz cracker in the door pocket. The car was smelly and very uncomfortable in stop and go traffic due to a worn suspension system. The driver volunteered that he is not a professional driver, which is obvious. His car would not have passed an Uber nor a Lyft Inspection. Because of the delay in pick up, our 50 minute ride turned into a hour and 20 minute ride. When I complained to Mozio, they refunded me $25, which is not enough. I sent them pictures of the interior of the car, including the half eaten Ritz cracker. How is it OK to use a car this dirty during COVID? It is UNSAFE and gross.
