What a scam!! If I could rate a 0, I would. This is just a glorified Uber service that takes you over the border. Imagine planning a get away to somewhere you’ve been longing to go to for a couple of years, only to arrive at the airport the paid private car service you reserved and paid for is not present at your arrival to your destination. There was no communication from the driver that was provided by Limowide. There was no response after multiple phone calls to the driver provided by Limowide. All my initial contact was with Limowide as there was no driver at the airport. Customer service was responsive Anna very quick to reschedule , however, they scheduled another Uber driver who was given the wrong address in which they blamed the booking company. Even after I tried to verify the address prior to leaving the airport, the driver’s English was limited, I should have physically looked at what address was given. Uber driver said he doesn’t cross the border, to Canada, well that’s not helpful as that’s where I was going. Furthermore, I was dropped off in the parking lot of an abandoned motel not in my home state to have to wait for Limowide to correct their mistake. Well, the owner of what I thought was an abandoned motel asked my daughter and I to leave his property! Additionally, when the final driver arrived I was dropped off at the wrong hotel, but luckily the hotel was across the street within walking distance. Guys, please do not use this service. Service recovery was poor with a bunch of verbal apologies which did not make me feel better at the start of my vacation. Booking this service was supposed to alleviate these types of transportation issues which is more costly than just catching a taxi from the airport as I late learned. Compensation was mentioned by Limowide but no further follow- up was completed after I was finally dropped off. I am calling out Priceline-Mozio that contracted with Limowide. Mozio has been investigating for over a week since I reported my feedback. Use another company, be very careful!!!
