Users report several recurring issues: connectivity problems (WiFi/Bluetooth) and occasional camera connections; intermittent audio during recordings; iOS input problems where typing/overlay editing keyboard doesn't appear on iPhones (including iPhone 16). Updates to iOS frequently break configurations or typing features, with slow/app updates not addressing these quickly. Additionally, file management is limited, such as not being able to delete folders or perform bulk deletions of videos. On the plus side, some features are praised: text and drawing annotations, a remote keypad, and using an iPad as a second screen to show monitoring, plus mobile recording/sending saves time.

Could be better quality set up. I noticed I can delete recording from my app but the folder stays there. It would be nice to be able to delete the entire folder or even have the option to merge folders.

The current new iOS update does not let you configuration or type on the cell phone when you do Bluetooth mode to record. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t do it. HD QX has not updated to the new iOS to have any configurations to work with app.
