Recent reviews

One of the worst banking apps I’ve used. I’ve been dealing with a simple 50€ issue for over 10 days with no real support. No clear answers, no follow-up, just silence. This is unacceptable for a financial service. If something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own. I do NOT recommend Monese.

I tried to transfer my own money to someone and my account got blocked for a review and it’s been days now with no response. I don’t know why my account was blocked. This is the most annoying bank app I’ve seen. Anytime I contact support. They say they have no date for it to be resolved. How won’t you support have relevant information about my account?! Then who has!? My money is in there, I want my money back and my account closed!
