2024-04-02	S&*****	Nice app. You can add extra principal to the payment and make principal only payments. It will adjust so you can see interest saved as well as total interest payout. Was able to adjust a 3 year term loan at 8.69%, 13.4% total interest, to 1 year 4 month at 5.5% total interest payout by adding to the principal, sweet.
