Every time I start the application, it opens to its first screen pauses for one second or less, and then closes. If I move quickly, I can press the add device button, and it still does not stay open and search for the device. I guess the company cheap out on creating an application and figured they could get by without one. Since the application is required for almost every bit of functionality, the gun box is rendered almost useless and no new fingerprints or RF ID devices can be added. The manufacturers should be ashamed of themselves!

Fix this! It crashes as soon as you open it

For all who have the gun box that can’t use the app to configure, add, delete or change your gun box: since this is a method for protection that we have decided to purchase and use and since the manufacturer has yet to update the app to work with a product that is still being sold: I will be sure to sue for any loss of life or damages that occurs if I can not get to my firearm to protect myself and my family. Don’t make a product function off of an app and not update it. It’s like buying a car that can’t have maintenance done. It will crash and burn and people will get hurt in the process! Or just update and maintain your app….
