This application is created for users of McDonald’s Corporation ServiceCafe IT Service Desk only. Access is protected by valid credentials.

This application offers the following features:

• View list of active tickets including title, description, and status
• View ticket details
• Create new ticket
• Call or chat to service desk personnel
• Request a call back from service desk personnel
• Change password
• Reset password
• Approver tasks
• System dashboard

The application allows optional push notifications containing status updates.
