Never experienced bugs. Easy to navigate. Great app!

Never had any issues with the app on my iPhone 7 Plus. Now when I try to open the app, the Sainsbury’s flash screen comes up & I'm kicked out. I’ve tried deleting the app & restarting my phone & the issue remains. I can order though the web site, but it’s so slow. Please fix this issue.
