Zero instruction on how to use the app. Just a huge list of recipes?? If I wanted a cook book I’d buy one. No customization at all. One size fits all cook book. Would not recommend.

I tried to like this, but I couldn’t find any food options that I liked. I’m not happy with the choices it gives me for each meal. The ingredients, I either don’t have access to in my town or I flat out don’t like them. I’ve had the app for two years and not once did I make anything… the images all just looked so boring - bland and unappetizing. I think that’s what stops me the most, the images. They don’t get me excited to cook. Every time I open it, I disappoint myself. The only reason why I still have it is because it came with the other Freeletics fitness app.
