Recent reviews

Very frustrating app. Constantly asking you to sign in again, which you can’t do if offline ie on subway. Constantly updating and won’t work if you’re off-line. Every other magazine app works better than this one. Very much dislike the idiotic jumping graphics which interrupt attempting to read an article.

The app is insultingly bad. I constantly get stuck in a loop of being prompted to log in and then it not recognizing that I have a valid subscription. I’ve contacted support before, they apologize, it works for a bit, and then the process starts again. I love the New Yorker, but this is ridiculous. Either use the desktop site or just cancel your subscription entirely, because the app is basically a non-option at this point.
