I tried scanning my books but nothing works. I actually bought three books. A French and German for myself and Spanish for my mother. We tried all barcodes and nothing works. We couldn’t unlock the book on the app. The book itself is great. It would have been great if we had the audio.

App loads but doesn’t play any words. Support link doesn’t go to support. Die App wird geladen, spielt jedoch keine Wörter. Der Support-Link geht nicht zum Support.
