Overview:

The BOC Retail app is the new ‘Point of Sale’ solution used by BOC employees and partners to transact BOC products with our valued customers. This app enables BOC employees and partners to create a true ‘mobile retail’ experience for our customers in our retail stores, business partners locations or hospitals in Australia or New Zealand.

Key features: - Fast in store gas product trading - Customer search via the cylinder asset barcode - Customer Service Connection - Payment available on the phone - Proof of goods receipt digitally emailed to the customer instantly

Other features: - Different order options are available; Standard and Faulty orders can be processed. - In store “MyStock Muster” stock counting app is also an add on. This enables accurate counting and reconciliation of store stock.
