This app is absolutely what I’ve been looking for. The settlings and customization are exactly what are needed for an optimal breathing focus. For being FREE and having NO darn annoying and extremely distracting ads. And the Bright colors in the Spirograph pattern that holds your attention helping you focus on the in and out of your breath and allows you to control your length of breath. As well as turn off the text saying Breathe in, Breathe out, Hold. I Give this app a full 5 Stars. The Developer Did great on these things.

The fact that this app is free should put it at the top of the list. No ads. No gimmicks. Just exactly what I need when I need it. The vibration feature is my favorite so I can just hold my phone. 4 seconds breathe in. 4 second hold. 8 second exhale for a few minutes and my anxiety is gone. I don’t need to be sold anything. I don’t need premium features when I’m having a panic attack. Thank you to this developer you may have saved my life.
