- Google Calendar integration for seamless scheduling.
- Regular updates and AI-assisted onboarding/help.
Cons

- Feature gaps for growing businesses (color-coding staff schedules, reordering add-ons, and automation limits).
Recent reviews
They have recently started charging my clients for making the appointments. What a shame I feel for that. There’s no option to cover this $1.20 as a business owner. As of now I consider to replace the booking app. Otherwise the app is amazing!

Hi Goldie Team,
I wanted to share some feedback that I think could really improve the booking experience for service-based businesses.
One issue I’ve noticed is that when a client submits a booking request, the system places a soft lock on that time slot while the request is still awaiting confirmation. In many cases, businesses like mine need to have side conversations first (review photos, discuss pricing adjustments, confirm scope of work, travel distance, etc.) before officially approving the appointment.
During that waiting period, the time slot appears unavailable to other potential clients, even though the appointment has not actually been accepted yet. This can unintentionally block legitimate bookings and create lost opportunities.
A few ideas that could improve efficiency:
• Allow businesses to toggle soft locks on/off for pending requests
• Add an optional expiration timer for unconfirmed requests (example: releases automatically after 1–2 hours if not approved)
• Allow pending requests to remain visible to other clients as “not yet secured”
• Add a “Quote Pending” status separate from “Pending Approval”
• Allow businesses to manually release the time slot without deleting the inquiry
• Add an auto-message feature reminding clients to submit photos/details within a set timeframe before the request expires
I really enjoy using Goldie overall, but these changes would make scheduling much more efficient for businesses that require customized quoting before confirmation.
Thank you for considering the feedback.
