My experience with Airpaz was extremely disappointing. At first, I booked a flight ticket through them, but when I arrived at Da Nang Airport, I discovered that there was actually no booking under my name. The airport was extremely crowded, and I had to stand in a very long line waiting for my turn, only to be told in the end that my reservation did not exist. Because of this, I was forced to purchase another ticket at the airport. After that, I contacted Airpaz asking for compensation. At first, they refused. After many attempts and long conversations, they finally agreed to compensate me, but until today I have never received any actual refund or payment. I tried contacting them many times over the past 9 months, but dealing with their customer service became exhausting and frustrating. Sometimes they barely reply at all, and when they do, they simply claim that the compensation was already processed, while in reality I received nothing. What is even more frustrating is that they never seriously try to investigate whether the issue might be from their side in the first place. Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
