2026-08-07	Je*****	Sending $3,000 is an issue. I sent proof of my income and bank statement and still an issue. I sent it over their chat and over email. It is so difficult to send money to a different country that im used to. They hold you money for a few days. I try again and still dealing with this issue. Im over it. The worst app ever. Customer service do nothing. No help at all.

2026-08-03	Pe*****	Pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo a nadie, hice un envío de 30$ hacia Colombia el 22 de Julio 2026 hacia un wallet de nequi, que no se pudo completar y hasta el día de hoy 3 de agosto ellos no pueden solucionar el problema me piden datos y más datos del beneficiario. Cuando mi cuenta está completamente verificada ellos no pueden regresar mi dinero su única repuesta es que los 30$ se mantienen retenido por el sistema.
