95% I wanted to look up a specific item the page would not load. The other 5% of the time I was able to add the item to my bag and begin checking out, it would fail and be unable to process my payment. Absolutely the most frustrating app I’ve ever used.

Every time I try to check out on a release it makes me jump through a million hoops to try and get it shipped to the US and eventually it just says ‘out of stock’ and I have to remove it from my basket. I’ve tried the App, desktop, mobile site. I’ve also tried multiple payment methods, browsers, and addresses. FIX YOUR SITE.
