Footlocker has the worst customer service you’ll ever come across. Their policy states that if a shoe goes on sale that you have purchased within 14 days they will honour and provide the difference back to you. I spoke with three individuals today and got nowhere spoke with the first idiot for about 22 minutes. Got nowhere requested a supervisor was put on hold for 47 minutes on top of those 20 minutes to just have the call disconnected. Call back 30 minutes later asked for a supervisor was put on hold. Call was disconnected in less than a minute. This seems like a pattern called back again in the evening. Got some idiot went back-and-forth for a little while did not want to honour. Foot Locker corporate policies have no idea how things got so bad in this world with customer service but Foot Locker is honestly setting the bar high for terrible customer service. It would be hard to beat the experience that I had still nothing resolved. Foot Locker should be shut down. Nobody should buy from them.

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my package. I tried calling customer service and was left on hold for 30 minutes, only to finally be taken off hold and have no one on the other end of the line. I then tried reaching out through text and email, but the representative was and Ai chat bot and was also not helpful and my issue was still not resolved. Waiting a month for an order without receiving it is already frustrating, but the lack of helpful customer service made the situation even worse. I expected much better communication and support from a company like Foot Locker. I would not recommend ordering from them if this is how customer issues are handled.
