I have used their instacash for years at this point. Sometimes I’ll take breaks just from their constant hounding of tips. Their customer service is inconsistent. Let your phone close by accident and it completely shuts you out from using customer service. Also them changing the amount on instacash just because? Leaving you a lower amount after you pay a heavy amount just made me steer away from using their services completely. Use their other services minus their instacash feature

I use it for what it’s for, quick cash advance for when I’m in between paychecks. The “asking for tips” is annoying, and I don’t do it every time, but I understand. I did the credit builder loan two years ago and got surprised when it was over and had an extra $1000 somewhere. I like this app. If you have a steady job, but is short on cash one week, this is for you. This is not for long term help. Short cash advances here and there and the ability to build your credit, I call it a win. And I just did the loan again.
