I called them to have a account deleted because someone was using my identity and they keep playing games with me

I had the app for a few months, then got a new phone. Went to log in again and got a message saying “Oh snap! Looks like we’ve hit a snag!” When I called customer service it took them a few days of me calling back every day for them to have me answer a list of three questions and then was told that they would have their ”account technician” look into it and they would get back to me in 3 to 5 business days. The next week I called them after hearing nothing back for them to say they still had no answer and to just wait. I would call back every few days and they would just tell me the literal same thing each time. They were just reading off of a script because each conversation would go the exact same.
