Users consistently report Care@Work as largely unusable due to an endless login/redirect cycle to Care.com, stubborn update prompts with no available update, and an intrusive pop-up that forces switching apps and blocks contacting caregivers. Additional recurring issues include iOS compatibility problems, poor iPhone formatting, and UI glitches such as a blacked-out reimbursement page and inability to sort. These issues prevent booking, messaging, and managing backup care, pushing users to rely on Care.com or desktop workarounds.
I desperately want this app to work but it never does. I’m always sent on a never ending login circle between the Care.com app and the Care@work app. I get a flash of the app and once I tap or engage with the feature I am sent back to the login page. It’s incredibly frustrating and I really wish I could use the app to book and coordinate care, but I always end up having to get on a desktop and login to manage anything.
I’ve tried to review Nannie’s that we’ve used for work care on here but the app keeps redirecting me to the main care app. I can see in the background before the redirect it has a review and details on the work Nannie’s we’ve been sent but there’s no way to access that information. This is a truly busted experience.
