App is broken. Can no longer log in or add data. City is not interested in fixing it. The app is toast.

Excellent App - However, after two years of using it on a daily basis, it no longer functions. The App will not permit login or data entries. Problem began on or about September 28, 2020. Lakewood, Washington City administration is aware of the problem, but lacks personnel and motivation to correct the problem. This is extremely regrettable because it is the PRIMARY way for citizens to interact with local government.
