Indeemo: Mobile Ethnography

Indeemo's Digital Ethnography / Diary Study app and Qualitative Research platform makes it easy for researchers and participants to capture, diary and share in-the-moment experiences and behaviors with researchers and brands in real time. Indeemo is used by researchers and user experience professionals as a supplement to traditional methodologies or as a standalone methodology for diary studies, video diaries, mobile ethnography, digital ethnography, product testing, ad/concept testing, customer journeys, CX/UX research, and shopper research.

Tasks are assigned to respondents who upload in-the-moment videos, photos and notes. Researchers analyze and moderate responses in real time using the Indeemo Researcher Dashboard. Filters and tags help organize and code responses; private, one-to-one social media style comments delivered via push notifications keep participants engaged and allow probing of micro moments.
