This app is great for paying your boil but you need the statement to know what you owe and when. For the past few months when I pay it says I’m paid and what I pay is a credit. Be cause of that I missed a payment. Once I got my late notice I paid immediately. Then the next payment it showed I only owed $56.00 late fee. Again, I pay it and it shows a credit. I go to make a normal payment and it says I’m making an extra payment so I cancel it. Then again I get a late notice. This app is very deceiving and misleading. I’ve taking multiple screen shots showing I have paid and it showing credits not paid. Currently sealing a lawsuit against the app and bank.

I cannot get into my account to pay my bill. I go to sign in and it takes me to a registration page but when i input the info it says that the account number is already registered. So how am i able to sign in? doesn’t seem very luxurious to me
