2026-06-15 Ra***** I’ve used the app flawlessly multiple times for fuel and food purchases. What is missing are complete transaction details, in other words, an itemized listing of items purchased per visit.

2026-06-14 Me***** Twice, I’ve been burned by the coupons in the app. The first time the guy just told me they weren’t honoring the coupon at that store after I’d ordered and was on the hook. The second time, I was confused about which cup was the “Big Q cup” mentioned in the coupon. (Several cups looked like the picture in the app’s coupon). I asked the guy stocking near the drink station if the cup I showed him was correct, and he said I had the correct one. I filled the cup and then checkout said I had the wrong cup. Instead of $.50, it was two bucks. Just not worth the hassle, honestly. So, both times I tried to use the app, QT didn’t do me right, IMHO.

2026-06-11 To***** Was stuck in a password reset loop after the recent app update. I had to call into customer support and submit a ticket, waited a fews days and attempted to login again after another password reset. For anyone reading that’s going through something similar, What worked for me was to manually type in my password. When I used FaceID to automatically put in my login credentials, it woudn’t work even though I made sure the username/email and updated password is correct in the password app. I’m just happy I’m able to use the app again as QT has the lowest priced top tier quality fuel in the area.

2026-06-11 Sm***** I love this app but for some reason it keeps kicking me out of my account. I have deleted and reinstalled this app like 3 times now and it has done the same thing each time. I just want to be able to be active in my account so i can use the app for longer than a week. I dont want to have to re-login just cause it decides i was logged out. Please fix this issue!!

2026-06-10 ra***** Careful if you change banks or account numbers, any missed payments get sent to a skeevy collections company who will charge you $30 on top of the failed transaction.

2026-06-09 Ki***** I’m leaving a one star review I wish I could leave a negative 10 star review because that’s exactly what this company deserves. First off they don’t have an opinion to apply discounts of gas for members at the counter where you can use your card at the register so every time I get gas it took 4 days for transactions to go through and so it would cause my account to go into the negative it had happened a couple times no problem the money would hit and pay for the gas. But this time they close my account and I get a call from a qt collection agency saying I owe and additional 30.00 because they said it’s in the agreement well I guess read the fine print because that’s not made very clear when you sign up. Then they tell me that they would randomly try to take the money out at different points so I had to set up a payment plan of when to pull the additional 30.00 on top of my 47.00 gas bill And if it didn’t go through they would charge me an additional 50.00 fee oh boy let me tell you I hate big corporations I will no longer be using qt pay I can go to shell and use my loyalty number at the counter and pay right then and there so it won’t take 4 days to process a transaction I was so infuriated I’m deleting my account I don’t trust them at this point with my personal information!
