Users praise NuMark’s mobile app for convenience, easy navigation, and core features like bill pay, transfers, and mobile deposits. However, they repeatedly report serious reliability issues: ongoing maintenance and updates that disrupt use, buggy Bill Pay enrollment and in-app payments, and problems with loan payments via the app. Login and verification can be troublesome when information on file is inaccurate, sometimes forcing password resets. UI changes, such as removing date headers in account history, also irritate users. Overall, strong functionality is offset by stability and usability concerns.

Easy to use and convenient mobile experience; everything I need on my phone.
Ability to pay bills and loans directly from the app.

Biometric login (fingerprint) and security features that simplify access.
Broad set of in-app features; not needing to go to a computer.

Cons

Bill Pay is buggy and hard to activate/complete on mobile/website.
Cannot or limitedly can pay loans via the app.

Verification/login problems, including password resets and incorrect information on file.
UI changes reduce clarity, such as missing date headers in account history.

Your App updates are trash! Where are all the summaries/details of payments made for review? You can’t see any confirmation numbers of payments made or any other details of payments made!
