Frontier Airlines

The morning of my flight I get a text that my flight was canceled. I called the airline to find out why. I was told that frontier has a policy that if you have a layover, it must be for at least one hour. My layover was for 45 minutes. And my connecting flight was also on Frontier. We My complaint is why would they have a flight available that they cannot honor due to their policy? Sadly, I had to purchase a same-day ticket for twice the price because I was headed to a family reunion and a birthday celebration for my 99 year-old aunt. It seems to me I should be reimbursed for the difference that I had to spend because of their mistake. I was offered the $50 voucher that does not cover my expenses and has to be used for another frontier flight which I will never do. What do you think?

This airline is definitely not fit to continue operating. The worst experience I've had in all my years of traveling was with this airline. The staff is terrible, both at the airports and in customer service. They make mistakes with the flights and try to blame you as if you were crazy, so they can steal your money, waste your time, and ruin your plans and commitments. You were counting on them to get you to your destination, and in the end, you don't arrive and they leave you stranded without a trip, without explanations, and without your money back. This is definitely the worst airline.
