Sleep++ uses your Apple Watch to automatically track your sleep, measuring duration and restfulness. You’ll receive a clear nightly report to understand your sleep patterns and optimize your routine for better rest.

Two modes keep you in control: AUTOMATIC mode wears the Apple Watch overnight for automatic tracking, or switch to MANUAL mode to set precise start and end times. Sleep++ also integrates with the Health app for safe data sharing and optional saving of Sleep Analysis, aligning with the goal of a free, simple, private sleep tracker for Apple Watch users.

Recent reviews
This used to reliably work but stopped accurately tracking my sleeps and cuts off half the night constantly. The FREE Health app Apple offers does this better than this guy’s development does. How did this app get crappier over time? 0-stars if I could. Uninstalling and wish I hadn’t bought the premium.

I wrote to the developers several months ago regarding a problem where days of sleep of are combined. They said they would get back to me, which they did not. I followed up with another email, which went unanswered. ZERO support. UPDATE: About a year later: Another unanswered email. Going to find an app that actually works.

This app never ceases to wake my awareness of my general state of mind and body. I share it with my Meta AI everyday to get another opinion to help me focus on the data as it reveals not only comparative periods but general trends and long term trends. I have used it for over four years. Do not get upset if it tells you things you don’t want to believe. Play with the sleep length adjustments and learn from the variations that such adjustments make to the overall score. It helps guide you on possible approaches you have to your sleep cycle. There, was that long and boring enough to put you to sleep?
