Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer for a while, Laundryheap completely ruined a brand new shirt of mine. When reaching out to their customer support team, they were completely unhelpful and told me I’m ineligible for any help. There are lots of laundry / dry cleaning delivery services nowadays. I recommend taking your business elsewhere

The absolute worst laundry/dry-cleaning service I have ever used. Laundryheap seems to find ways to slip in extra fees and charges whenever you’re not looking. Even worse, I have specifically selected and paid for dry cleaning, only to have items washed instead and ruined—while still being charged the dry-cleaning price. They have lost several of my items, and on multiple occasions I’ve received clothing that belongs to someone else, which makes you wonder where your own clothes have ended up. The app is glitchy, billing is unreliable, and getting meaningful customer service when something goes wrong is nearly impossible. After multiple problems, lost and damaged clothing, incorrect orders and questionable charges, I would strongly recommend avoiding Laundryheap.
