This app is horrible, it’s slow, glitches, crashes, pictures get lost or mismatched, notes go Missing and to top it all off once you upload it takes hours sometimes to load the longest I had to wait was a full freaking day.

This app has been a disappointment from first day I started working with it. There is always something not functional. Weather it is the payments page, which will not let me collect cc info which is the entire reason we are doing this, or the constant freezing up and showing a loading icon or the fact that I can not search for customer names when I am running after hour service calls. I will search for a customer and it will not find anything at all. Not even if I search for just the last name. So I add the customer and all of a sudden there is a matching existing customer that “matches your entry”
