Technicians and business owners cannot edit a customer’s service address directly in the Housecall Pro iOS app, and this is extremely frustrating. Sometimes you only discover the problem after driving to the wrong address. Then you may have to drive another 40 minutes to the correct location. In the mobile app, the only option may be to delete the job and create it again, which can also remove important information such as photos, payments, notes, and other job details. Yes, the address can be changed through the web browser, but field technicians rely on the mobile app while working. The browser version and the iOS app should have the same basic workflow and functionality. Editing a service address is a basic and essential feature for any field service application. Housecall Pro should add this option to the iOS app as soon as possible.
