The website for those company has always been slow and a chore to use. After the latest update to the app it’s now slower than molasses as well. Confirming this is still the case.

Please stop messing with a system that was already working. Every couple of weeks you push some update, and then the app starts acting up again. I use this app every single day for work, and sometimes it becomes nearly impossible to use. Jobs keep disappearing, random bugs keep showing up, and now for the past two weeks customer note photos haven’t been displaying at all. Maybe start testing updates on your own devices before releasing this unfinished mess to the App Store? The subscription is not cheap, so maybe start treating your customers accordingly. And please add direct check deposit to the account.
