Content can be outdated or inaccurate (specials and events) and updates lag.
Usability issues on newer devices and with password managers (older UI, installation problems).

The app had cool stamps to match the stamps you get on your actual assortment and it was so clever. What happened?!?! Just a boring checkmark?

What’s with the new update on the App with all the passport stamps looking like a big black X instead of a visual of the stamp identical to the one each bar gives out. I think the old stamps in the app made it more colorful.
