Frequent login/authentication problems, including being logged out and password/Keychain issues.
Reliability problems such as crashes, freezes, lag, and unresponsiveness.
Stamp visuals and counts misbehave after updates (images missing, stamps show as a black X, counts don’t update).
Content can be outdated or inaccurate (specials and events) and updates lag.
Usability issues on newer devices and with password managers (older UI, installation problems).

Recent reviews

Would love to track my passport progress with the app, as offered and promoted by McMenamins, but the account made on the passport website just won’t work in the app, and resetting the password in the app doesn’t work either. So, uh, one of the app’s main reasons to exist is just broken. No reply from the passport help email address either - 1st world problem of course but this is a really dumb thing to have not work and unfixed. Weirder yet that nobody at McMenamins seems to care enough to compel the developer to fix it…
