Купили билет на рейс компании ООО Марлин с центрального ав Москвы, водитель всех заставил снять ручную кладь с места над головой и держать на руках или в ногах, мужчину который стал возмущаться выгнал, за то что его стали защищать другие пассажиры открыв люки и включил кондиционер до конца поездки на полную(хотя был дождь), на какой то станции специально не предупредил что уезжает и оставил одного пассажира на остановке(хотя он сидел возле автобуса), на просьбы людей остановиться сказал что видел его и он будет знать как не садится в автобус вовремя. Поездкой остались не довольны, оставить текстовый отзыв в вашем приложении нельзя, кому жаловаться в дороге, через ваше приложение не понятно. Брать билет через это приложение, считаю рискованным, дорогим(3161руб) и не безопасным.
