if you make any schedule changes, it will not load for DAYS. Very inconvenient when it’s my days off work and I need to check something. glitches and crashes OFTEN. If you have multiple locations and try to switch from one to the other, good luck!! notes I take on client files often don’t save when doing it with the mobile app, desktop version seems to work SLIGHTLY better ALSO the new update for the desktop application is horrific. Makes it so much harder to locate and edit notes in appointments and the text is SOOOO small, with so much empty space on the screen. Worst update so far
