Recent reviews

I was with for years! I didn’t notice that they kept on increasing my monthly bill. I reached out a received a very vague response as to why. I cancelled my subscription and switched to progressive which had MUCH better prices. They lied and reported my info to the DMV stating I didn’t have insurance converge when I STATED I was switching. Now I get a letter in the mail saying my license will be suspended because I didn’t have coverage. They never reached out, or called or anything to confirm my insurance switch. I’ll NEVER recommend ROOT and everyone I speak to I tell them to avoid this scam company.

Worst experience ever with an app I can’t believe in 2026, They can’t figure out how to work their application correctly. It worked fine at first, but since earlier this year it requires a two-step verification and is unable to send a text to two different phone line. Wasted over 30 minutes on the phone with them twice so far and they cannot figure out the issue. What’s the point of having a two-step verification when it doesn’t work???
