However, users repeatedly report reliability problems: frequent logouts, data access failures, and unstable reporting; lack of historical/date-range reporting; and occasional pairing/sensor/integration issues. The app excels in data analysis but needs improved reliability and offline/historical capabilities.

Go with the Abbott competitor over this. The sensors are highly prone to failure and product support is very poor.

This would not be difficult to add to the Follow app, so that you don’t have to open separate apps to see all the information you might want to access. As a parent of a T1D, initially he used Libre and all the information was available in one app. This would be much appreciated. T1D is hard enough, the apps and support should be made as stress free to use as possible.
