The app keeps crashing numerous times. I’ve been a user for a few years now and I’m on the most expensive plan and every time I’m typing to a client the whole app closes on me and I have to redo everything really inconvenient when you’re trying to run a business.

Seems like every update there’s a bunch of people that aren’t actually contractors working in the field making adjustments in what they could possibly imagine as quality of life improve improvements. Instead, however, they continue to make the app worse For example, the latest update where you have to select each visit to invoice for what the hell is that about? I wanna close a job create an invoice and send it to the client Why do I have to select at least one visit if you select multiple visits let’s say you had a job that lasted a week on your schedule and you had visits scheduled for your team every day of the week, when you close the job you have to select the visit visits listed in this case five of them that you want to close and invoice for Whoever thought of this is completely out of touch
