However, reliability is a major issue, with repeated sign-in failures, crashes, and frequent outages or security warnings. Onboarding UX can be frustrating due to repetitive data entry and missing input fields. Some accounts/balances aren’t shown in the app, and transfer input problems add to user frustration. Overall, core features are praised, but consistency and reliability are inconsistent.

This app has been around too long, sometimes it doesn’t work, sometimes if I enter my password correctly it still won’t log me in. Needs an update ASAP
