تتكرر الشكاوى حول سوء الخدمة وارتفاع المخالفات وعدم موثوقية التطبيق: موظفين غير متعاونين وعدم متابعة الشكاوى، مخالفات باهظة وتصدر حتى عند الدفع، بحث وايجاد موقع الوقوف غير دقيق وبنية تطبيق ضعيفة، مشاكل في الأداء والقراءة الباركود والدفع، وصعوبات في الاعتراض وعدم استجابة الدعم.

للاسف التطبيق دافع في حسابه 50 ريال ولا استطيع استخدمها مما اضطر للدفع من بطاقتي ورفضو اعادتها لحسابي الجاري

Bad private management with poor judgement and enforcement, then blaming authorities instead of rectifying their own operations. The spaces available before implementing Mawgif were at least 25% more and the street became narrower. The area didn’t need “organization”. It needed to be left alone.
