Recent reviews

I suppose this app does do the absolute minimum to manage my sump pump, however there are lots of things missing I am expecting. There is zero run history - so understanding of my pump ran X times at any given point of time would be useful. The App Store app support link dumping you on the company homepage to just “figure it out from there” is just lazy and screams “we have zero interest in your feedback or issues getting to us with as little friction as possible”. There is zero in app support or feedback mechanisms.

This app used to function fine. Now it’s junk. I can’t log in. The email to reset my password never comes. Worthless.

Just had this system installed today and cannot connect to Wi-Fi after many multiple attempts, keep getting error messages. etc. Also no option to contact customer service or tech support. Waisted over an hour just trying to set up and my installers are well versed in setting up connected home devices..
