Around half the time, remote start and any other services available via this app fail to work. I really regret paying for this service, because it’s always a gamble whether or not it will be of any use to me on any given day. I cannot plan around being able to start my vehicle remotely, so it’s more of a nice surprise when it actually works. But the failure rate is truly remarkable.
