Very motivating for my kids to get them to brush their teeth regularly and for a longer time. But please update the app! It freezes constantly and then I have to restart the timer and let it play out so they can still get the present.

App was great at first, my five year-old loved playing it and getting rewards every day and progressing through the different stages of the game in different levels the first few months. But now it’s been four months. He hasn’t gotten any new backgrounds. He’s been stuck on majestic brusher and can’t go on beyond that. And now he’s having an issue where it’s like resetting what his little guy is wearing every night. The app basically is just getting worse. I contacted support they had me uninstall, reinstall, logout login and close it on all my devices do all different stuff. Nothing helped. They told me to provide them the serial number of the toothbrush and all of the information like the operating system of my iPad and everything else. Told me they’d get back to me within 48 hours and it’s been three weeks and they never responded to me at all. May give up and get something else as now it just disappoints him everyday

There are a bunch of glitches and when I for feeding my sparkly, do you expect me to come back in the day to feed it? … AND ONE MORE THING FOR YOU, PHILIPS. One day I lost my streak because of your cr*py code, it just told me to make a profile WHICH I ALREADY DID! (By the way some of the glitches are: if I tap my sparkly then scratch it, it will still make the noise of the action but not do it. That’s one of the glitches for the record.)
