ION Ops

ION Ops is the official mobile app for ION Network field technicians. It's designed to enable installation, maintenance, and warehouse operations directly from your smartphone—paperless, eliminating the need for a trip to the office.

This app is exclusively for ION technicians with a work account. Log in using your company email and password.

KEY FEATURES

• Dashboard & Work Queue
View a summary of daily KPIs, upcoming jobs, and assigned Work Orders (WO) in the queue. Filter by status, schedule, and priority.

• Work Order Management
Receive tasks, view customer details and installation addresses, and then work through the process step-by-step with a focused, easy-to-follow execution wizard.

• Material Pickup & QR Scan
Pick up inventory from the warehouse through batch pickup sessions. Scan a QR code for each material item before leaving for the customer's location. A push notification will automatically redirect you to the pickup session when the inventory is ready.

• Checklist & Proof of Work
Complete dynamic checklists according to the WO template. Record findings, log resolutions, and document work in the field.

• BAST & Signature
Complete the Handover Certificate (BAST) with an on-site customer signature or remote OTP verification.

• GPS Navigation & Tracking
View installation addresses on a map. The technician's location is streamed while the job is active so dispatchers can monitor progress.

• ONT Configuration
View ONT device credentials for the currently running WO (only when the WO is active).

• Schedule & Alert
Group WOs by date (today, tomorrow, this week). Monitor alerts for overdue, unassigned, and NOC reviews.

• Performance Statistics
Monitor completion rate, number of WOs per status, and daily productivity.

• Push Notifications
Receive real-time updates: staged stock, new WO assignments, and job status changes. Tapping a notification opens the relevant page.

• Enterprise Work Order (EWO)
Enterprise work support for authorized technicians — start, complete, and manage materials according to permissions.
