PAM e-Sign

PAM e-Sign signs work documents directly from your phone — no printing, no scanning, no dropping folders off at people's desks.

IMPORTANT: This app is for users with existing accounts.

Accounts are created by your company administrator. There is no self-registration within the app. If you haven't been given an account and a temporary password, the app won't work.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View documents waiting for you in one list
• Read the entire document before making a decision
• Sign or initial with your own signature specimen
• Reject with a reason, or request revisions
• Write notes on the document, which are recorded as a history
• Track the approval process: who signed it, who's next
• Receive notifications when your turn comes
• Download and share signed documents

VERIFIABLE SIGNATURES

Each completed document carries a certificate sheet containing the complete sequence of approvals — who signed, as what, and when.

There's a QR code in the corner. The recipient of the document simply scans it to ensure it's authentic and unaltered, without needing an account or installing anything. Each file is SHA-256-encrypted, so even the slightest change after signing is detected.

BUILT FOR LAYERS

A document rarely requires just one signature. PAM e-Sign operates its own sequence: the document moves to the next signer as the previous one completes, and everyone is notified when their turn comes. If someone is unavailable, their duties can be delegated.

Special signatures and initials are stored once in your profile, then used for all subsequent documents.

SECURITY

• Fingerprint or Face ID before authentication, if your company requires it.
• Biometric data never leaves your phone.
• Temporary passwords must be changed upon first login.
• Files are only open to those authorized to sign in.
• All traffic is encrypted.
• Can be signed out of all devices at once if your phone is lost.

No ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Your documents never leave your company's own servers.
