JPT eSign

JPT eSign is an application for electronic signing, approval, and authorization for businesses. Users can create proposals, submit multi-level approvals, and sign PDF documents directly from their phones.

SIGNATURE & APPROVAL
• Create proposals using templates: payments, purchases, personnel, tasks, etc.

• Submit and approve documents through multiple levels according to the organization's procedures.

• Select the person to handle the next step based on authority and process configuration.

• Directly sign and approve electronically on PDF documents.

• Save drafts, edit, and resubmit if the proposal is rejected.

• Track status: pending approval, approved, signed, rejected.

• Search, filter lists, and receive notifications when a proposal needs processing.

• View PDFs, attachments, and processing history for each proposal.

NO-LOGIN UTILITIES

• Verify digital signatures on PDF files from your device or another application.

• View signature information, signer details, and related digital certificates.

• Look up the list of digital signature certification service providers.

SECURITY

• Lock the application with a 6-digit passcode.

• Automatic locking when the app is running in the background
• Unlock with Face ID / Touch ID if enabled
• Passcode is stored on the device and not transmitted to the server
• View and remove logged-in devices

• Light, dark, or system-specific interface
• Multiple main color schemes
• Larger font size option
• Supports Vietnamese and English

SAMPLE EXPERIENCE
• Register an account directly within the app
• Experience space with available sample data and processes
• Try the entire document lifecycle: create → submit for approval → approve → sign
• Delete the experience account directly within the app

FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Accounts granted by organizations will use processes, document types, and permissions configured according to the company's own settings. The app is ad-free, has no in-app purchases, and no in-app subscriptions.
