Asya Workshop

ASYA Vehicle Services is a workshop management system that covers the entire workshop workflow—from vehicle check-in, inspection, cost estimation, customer approval, workmanship, quality control, to handover and invoicing.

Key Features:

• Digital Check-in — Vehicle registration with photo documentation of the initial condition from five angles (front, rear, left, right, dashboard). Select services, and spare parts directly during check-in.

• Digital Work Order (WO) — Automatic WO status from draft → inspection → estimate → repair → QC → completed. Each status displays the relevant action.

• Template-Based Inspection — Inspection checklist with dynamic templates per service type. Response types: pass/fail, text, multiple choice, photo, and price add-ons.

• Cost Estimate — Select services and spare parts, enter discounts (amount/%), add items manually. Print the estimate in PDF format to show to the customer.

• Digital Signature — Customers sign estimates directly on the device. Signatures can also be sent via WhatsApp.

• Quality Control — Review work results using a checklist. Pass → proceed to finishing, Fail → return to the mechanic.

• Integrated Invoicing — Automatic invoice generation with VAT, fully integrated with the ASYA ERP accounting module. Auto-posting to accounts receivable, sales, inventory, and COGS.

• Multi-Branch — Manage multiple workshop branches with their own pricing, tax, and accounting account configurations.

• Kiosk Mode — A dedicated workshop view with drawer navigation, a daily summary dashboard, and multiple WO tabs.

• Print Document — Print cost estimates and WO checklists in PDF format.
