The Chrome extension 'Disables 'ink skipping' in links' prevents the default behavior in Chrome 64 and above which skips underlining in links. It restores the previous versions' underlining behavior.

Worked on some sites for a while, but not all, and periodically modifies every page, making web development annoying. I've put together a new "No Ink Skipping" replacement extension which can be used as a replacement.
