User Reviews

User reviews are mixed. Many praise WiFi syncing and the ability to transfer iTunes playlists to Android, and view the app as easy to use. The recurring negatives focus on steep, recurring pricing, inconsistent syncing performance, trouble canceling subscriptions, dependency on a desktop component with limited cross-platform support, and security concerns regarding fraud/safe handling of payment info.
Pros
  • WiFi syncing works well
  • Can sync Apple/iTunes playlists to Android effectively
  • Generally easy to use with positive initial impressions (it's great; nice)
Cons
  • Very expensive weekly subscription pricing / perceived as a rip-off
  • Sync reliability issues (doesn't always work, slow, deletions/redownloads)
  • Difficulty canceling/unsubscribing from the free trial
  • Requires desktop component / cross-platform limitations (Chromebook unsupported, desktop app issues)
  • Fraud/security concerns (reports of credit card information being stolen / scams)

had this app for years. bought paid version twice, for past 6 weeks I've been stuck with free limited version.

Very flaky. App thinks sync has started when it's not doing anything, and the only way to get past that is to delete the app and try again, which deletes all synced music. This is just one issue I had. I'm giving 2 stars because after hours of retrying, I do have one playlist synced so it did something. At this point my recommendation is to open source the app and let the community take over from there. Issues have been getting worse for years.
