AVOID !!! Ordered through foodora many times in the past. But the last three orders I've made have been delayed for over an hour. They apologize and then send you a voucher for 35kr. Even though the food may arrive cold. No refund if you need to reorder food. Today I ordered and waited an hour, was told by an agent that the food would be with us in 30 minutes. Only for the order to be cancelled 30 minutes later, with nowhere else to get food. The agent closed the chat. Horrible service.

Food always arrives cold and soggy, and they use all the same anti-consumer tactics something like Uber Eats and Door Dash uses. The sole purpose of the app is to get as much money from your pocket as possible... I wouldn't be surprised if they launch a subscription service soon, that includes all the features that were default in the beginning... Disgraceful company, DO NOT download this app!
